Based on the construction of three new era civilized practice centers: district, town (street) and village (community), the district has built a variety of service platforms. On the basis of three-level secretaries acting as directors, directors and stationmasters, various types of volunteer teams are formed. Up to now, the region has established one district-level civilized practice center, eight town-level civilized practice institutes and 110 village-level civilized practice stations, basically achieving full coverage of the construction of civilized practice center (institutes and stations).
